The apartment was clean and large enough for our family of four, and the host was very nice and kind. The location was good. The bathroom had a bit of a smell, though, and there are parking spaces nearby, but finding one can be difficult if you arrive late.

The owner was attentive and available, and the apartment is just a 5-10 minute walk from the port of Hvar. It was clean and perfectly functional, though a little dated. Having air conditioning was a real plus in summer.
