Guesthouse Aurora

We stayed four nights at Aurora guesthouse, in a peaceful part of town not far from the center. Mrs. Zora was lovely and shared plenty of useful suggestions for Hvar, including beaches and restaurants. The room was spacious, tidy and very clean, and the bathroom was just as clean. We slept really well in the comfortable bed, like we were at home. Thanks so much, and I hope we can visit again. I’d definitely stay here if we return to Hvar.

We slept really well during our two nights here. The location is excellent, and the room, bathroom and kitchen were all comfortable and very clean. The host was super friendly and gave us useful recommendations for Hvar. Thankssss 🙂

The garden is so pretty, and there were even some cute kitties in the neighborhood. We had access to a shared kitchen and living room, and the terrace was big and lovely. The hostess welcomed us warmly with a glass of cedevita and pointed out the main spots on a map. She was very caring, and the room looked even better than the photos. I honestly have nothing to complain about. One small suggestion: a full-length mirror, maybe where the TV is now, with the TV mounted above it.

I wouldn’t come back. The balcony wasn’t separated from the others, so even strangers could walk in. The apartment was on the ground floor, and we had to kill a huge spider, almost the size of my hand. It was very dirty: the mattress cover had white marks and a hole in it, and there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. For what this place costs, they should be able to wash the bedding or replace it. There was no iron either, and every other apartment I’ve stayed in has had one.
