I've stayed here twice and loved it both times. The villa is close to the beach, with hiking paths that lead up into the mountains as well. It's kept in great shape, and the rooms are clean, roomy and comfortable. The kitchenette has everything needed to make your own meals. The owners are kind, helpful and quick to respond to what guests need. There's a friendly feel to the place, and it's a lovely setting for a relaxing break. Definitely worth booking, and I highly recommend it.

I don't know why the review I wrote three years ago never appeared, so here's a new one 🙂 We first stayed with Robert, his lovely wife Marijana and their wonderful daughters three years ago, and just got back from another great 10 days. The apartments are spacious, and the rooms and bathroom are accessed from the hallway, which gives everyone their own privacy. The kitchen feels like home and has everything. If you need something, the owners will do all they can to help. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk, and even in high season the beach isn't crowded. Other parts of Croatia are closer to us, but this place is worth the 20-hour drive 😁 I'll choose Apartments Barić Kučište for my next Croatia holiday without hesitation.

I don't recommend this hotel. Booking.com tells me right after I book that a deposit is required, even though the site didn't mention one. Then I get an email saying there are no rooms available for my dates and suggesting another place. But when I return to Booking.com, it still shows my booking as confirmed and other rooms as available. This is a disaster!

Our dinners on the terrace came with a lovely view of Korčula Island. The apartment itself was beautiful, and the town of Orebic is close by. The area is calm and peaceful, and the owners were kind and welcoming. It exceeded our expectations, definitely recommended.
