The kitchen was old, cheap and swollen, and there was no brush, mop or kettle. The drip coffee maker clearly hadn’t been descaled either. Without a filter, it took half a day just to make two cups of coffee. I wish they’d given me the bison grass vodka and fudge as a gift as soon as we arrived. The whole stay left me feeling unwanted and stressed, which is a shame because I’ve stayed in plenty of places. From the start, we couldn’t get the TV decoder working. Then we were accused of running the air conditioning with the patio doors open. When I said we hadn’t, she blamed me for charging my electric wheelchair and told me I couldn’t charge it in the house, sending me to a gas station. It’s a standard electric wheelchair, not a scooter. I can’t get around without it, and it uses about as much electricity as an electric stove. They also sharply questioned a yellow mark on the terrace, though it came off with a sponge. After that, they seemed to inspect everything for a reason to blame us, and not one scratch went unnoticed. I don’t recommend staying here. If something breaks while you’re there, or was already broken by a previous guest, they’ll definitely say you did it. 😕

Hospitality, cleanliness and helpfulness all get 10 points from me. You really couldn’t ask for more on holiday! 👍 I don’t get the complaints about things like toilet paper or shower gel being missing. Remember, you’re not booking full board.

Rewelacja 💪 The apartments are only 50 m from the sea, and Ivo and Bosa are great owners. Cleanliness, parking and the quality of the finishes are world-class.

Vila Vito is super clean, and the landlords are family-friendly. I can highly recommend it, and it deserves even more stars.
