The photos gave us the wrong idea. Getting there was difficult, and the place sits in a construction area where hiking wasn't even possible, despite being a 15-minute drive from town. Inside, the rooms were in the lowest standard, with things falling apart and what looked like repairs made from pieces found in the trash. The landlord came across as greedy, shady, and above all arrogant. After we had left and were already home, he tried to charge us 7 euros for parking, though no fee had been mentioned anywhere. Be careful with this scammer. This was the worst place I've ever stayed in Croatia.

We had a few peaceful days here, and our helpful host made it easy to relax. The rooms have a really nice view, even though we had rainy weather. The apartment was lovely and clean, with a big terrace. The one downside was the free wifi, which was much too slow. 💗

The rooms were dirty and had second-hand furniture. The host was absolutely arrogant and scummy, and tried to pin fictional extra charges on us. Do not book!

The host was really nice and shared lots of information about the area. The apartment was clean and nicely equipped. We did miss having fly screens to keep the mosquitoes out, and the wifi in our apartment was a little crappy. I can't say how it was in the others.
