The room was very comfortable and had good amenities, and being able to check in early worked out well. The walls aren’t soundproof, though. On our second night, noise from people laughing and talking in the room downstairs kept me awake until about 1am. After the turnoff, there’s a short stretch of very narrow road, so keep that in mind if you have a larger vehicle.

A really pleasant, quiet spot near the National park. The apartments are well equipped, and the owners are friendly and ready to sort out any problems. If we come back to this area, we’d choose this house again.

The room was clean and quite large, with a big table and refrigerator, but there wasn’t even basic crockery or cutlery for a simple cold meal. We also didn’t get enough coffee and tea for two nights, barely enough for one. The host never appeared at check-in or checkout. Instructions came through the booking portal, which I might not have checked while abroad. Luckily, I had internet access and saw the message.

The owner waited up for us even though we arrived late, then kindly showed us around and gave us advice about Plitvicka jezera. The apartment looked new, clean, and modern, and the mountain views were beautiful. We only stayed one night, but I could imagine staying longer.
