10/10
It was very clean and tidy, and what I tried worked fine, including the kettle. I didn't use the washing machine, stove or microwave. The building seems fairly new and has local residents; the apartment itself was comfortable, and the area was quiet. It's easy to get to the center, though you'll probably want a car since it's outside the main central area.

The rooms are pleasant, and the views are lovely.

Getting around was easy, including reaching the beaches by bike. The place is close to both the center and the sea, and I had a lovely stay. It was clean, and the owner was welcoming and kind.

A new apartment, tastefully furnished and really comfortable. It was clean and beautiful, around 1.3 km from the center and about 1 km from the beach.

The apartment was okay, but the surrounding area was very messy and the neighborhood felt restless.
