Apartments Tijana

The owners were incredibly helpful whenever we needed information. Rovinj is a beautiful town, with old heritage and lovely beaches, and this made a great place for a summer vacation. I’d recommend it to anyone!

The apartments were clean and pleasant, just a few minutes on foot from the heart of Rovinj.

Really nice apartment, and the host was friendly.

The mattresses were good, there was enough wardrobe space, and the place seemed quite clean and nice at first. It also had air conditioning. But for the price, there were a lot of problems. The shower wouldn’t close properly, had no holder for the hand shower or shelf for shampoo, and water ran onto the floor. The sink’s hot and cold taps were reversed, which could cause a scald. The bedroom window looked out onto a mess, despite the listing describing a garden view. The kitchen wasn’t very usable: only small or deep plates, no tea cups, no kettle despite it being listed, and a dishwasher that didn’t work. We reported it. At first we were told it worked, without anyone checking. Later the gentleman came and confirmed it was broken. The next day, while we were at the beach, three people came into the apartment without telling us or arranging a time to try to fix it. That felt like an invasion of privacy, and we really didn’t like it. The repair didn’t work, and we had to clean up the mess left on the floor. When we arrived, they also asked us to pay a higher price than the one shown on booking.
