The welcome was friendly and helpful, and the villa makes a lovely base for visiting the area, from Motovun and Poreč to Rovinj, Pula, Limski Fjord, and Vrsar. It has a pool, barbecue, and table tennis table.

It’s a well-equipped holiday home near Lim Fjord, around 20 km from Vrsar. We had a wonderful stay and could really unwind from everyday stresses. The house has everything you could want, and all the rooms are air-conditioned. The pool seems to be as well. The landlady is extremely friendly. Highly recommended! There’s good terrain nearby for mountain biking and gravel biking, too.

Everything was spotless, and the villa had all we needed. The hostess was extremely kind, and the countryside setting was peaceful. It’s also well placed for both Poreč and Rovinj. We were satisfied.

We had a wonderful time. The villa is even prettier than the photos, and I’m so grateful for the excellent service.
