The location is great, just a short walk from the old town, with groceries and food easy to get nearby. We had no trouble finding it, though others might, and the apartment is spacious with a private patio, ideal for summer. The lady was friendly and showed us around. To get into the building, you need to contact them on WhatsApp so someone can come open the door, so keep that in mind. I highly recommend it.

We were a family of four in the upstairs apartment, and it was a depressing place to finish an otherwise amazing stay in Split and Brac. The listing photos are very misleading. There are two apartments, and this one looks quite different from what's shown. It's drab and needs some colour, with mould in the bathroom, noisy air con, no air con in the bedrooms, and very hot nights. The sofa looked dodgy and was covered with a blanket. We could also hear noisy neighbours in the apartment downstairs. Our two previous places were excellent, high quality, and the same price. The owner should be upfront in the advert, perhaps with separate listings, so people don't expect this apartment to look as nice as the pictures. If location is your main concern, it's fine.
