It was clean, comfortable, and really spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, though you'll need a car to get to the old town easily.

The kitchen was my favorite, practical, roomy, and well equipped. The apartment is beautifully designed, and I loved it. That gorgeous portico is somewhere I wish I could live! It's also a great base for visiting Diocletian's Palace.

After the reservation was made, the property owner raised the price by 100%. He wanted me to make a new booking or pay the higher amount there.

I found that others had run into the same thing. The apartment was listed at 65 euros per night, but after I booked and confirmed through booking, the owner messaged me asking for almost double, 110 euros a night. I reported it to booking, and they only canceled the reservation; my view wasn't taken into account. The host is extremely dishonest.
