They denied having my booking when immigration contacted them about my visa application. My visa was denied as a result, and I lost all the money I’d spent on the vacation. Afterwards they sent me a rude, obscene apology. They’re unprofessional and rude, maybe because they’re new to the business. Avoid them for your own peace of mind.

The rooms stink, and the staff are rude and mannerless. I can’t believe they call this a 3 star hotel. It’s more like a 1 star place.

We had our best stay of the trip here. It’s super clean, a nice place in Split, and the people are friendly. Trust me, if you want somewhere clean and nice, this is the best.
