My flight to Croatia was cancelled during the Covid-19 pandemic, and travel was impossible because of restrictions imposed by their own government. Every other property I'd booked gave me a full refund without fees or penalties, but this owner refused to return my prepaid rental money. I found the owner unreasonable. When I travel to Croatia next summer, I won't book here. There are plenty of other places that are more accommodating.
