Apartment Toni

Villa Toni made our short stay easy, with the waterfront promenade and old town, including all the shops and restaurants, just a minute away on foot. The ferry port is also within walking distance for continuing to the next destination. I was there with my husband and mother, and the apartment was a perfect size for the three of us. Tonči was wonderful and so hospitable. He helped us plan our time in Split and answered all our questions. He was a real highlight of the stay, and makes us want to come back. We can’t thank him enough!

Villa Toni is well looked after, with amazing staff taking care of it. We stayed just one night in Split, but the experience was great from the first communication through checkout. The customer care was amazing, and it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The breakfast was amazing too, and well worth the money. I keep saying it, the staff are 10 stars! Really recommend it.

Breakfast the next morning was spectacular. I’d thought it was a buffet, see photo! They also kindly held my trolley case until before my train left. The apartment wasn’t in the same building or entrance as the reception, but the receptionist arrived right on time, checked me in, and showed me the way, even though I’d arrived a few minutes before I said I would. For my one night, the good shower and comfy bed were just what I needed. The location worked superbly for me: a couple of minutes from the bus and rail stations and the palace and old town, with local buses just around the corner. All in all, a great short stay.

We used Villa Toni as our base for a bicycle tour to several islands. It’s a small bed and breakfast in a restored old building in an eclectic area, steps from the old town and great restaurants, and a short bike ride from the ferries. Our unit was immaculately clean with a contemporary design. Tonci, the very pleasant man running the place, couldn’t have been more accommodating. Breakfast was a very large European-style spread. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.
