The apartment I was given was at a different address and looked nothing like the Booking photos, even though I had reserved Apartment 1 at the location shown. It was much worse, but cost the same. It felt like a scam. It seems they advertise one nice apartment and then try to move every guest into a lower-quality one. Be very careful. I strongly recommend not booking here.

We booked this place because the apartment was central, but after telling us it was ready and sending us to the office, they left us waiting 40 minutes. Then another person told us they had double-booked our apartment and had a replacement, but it was outside town. That wasn't what we'd paid for, so we declined and had to scramble to find somewhere else. We booked through Agoda. When I emailed to explain, they said we hadn't shown up. What a load of BS. I'm so disappointed they took the property's side. Look at the reviews, we're not the only ones who didn't get the apartment we booked. We chose not to stay in the replacement outside town.

Don't book. The owner was incredibly rude when we arrived and said the room we'd booked was no longer available because it was sold out.

We got there, waited two hours, then were told the place had already been booked. They didn't answer the phone either. Don't book this.

The apartment was nicely decorated and in a good spot. It was easy to communicate with the host, and I was very satisfied.
