The place is basic but clean and good value. There are local restaurants nearby with friendly service, and the location is handy for the metro and bus station.

The location is a big plus, practically downtown and just a three-minute walk from the main road. Natalia, the property manager, was wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and always ready with information or advice. She even arranged for the baby’s crib, which wasn’t available when we booked, to arrive in under two hours. Highly recommended. The apartment is small but charming, with a cozy, intimate outdoor space that’s well maintained. There’s a little table and two chairs outside; I did wish there were a small sofa too. The kitchen works well for four, and everything was in good order. The bathroom is new and spacious, with a window and a generous shower. Both bedrooms have large skylights for light and air. They’re set up as double/twin rooms, though reaching the twin bedroom means walking through the double bedroom, which is a bit awkward. The double bed was a bit uncomfortable too. The outdoor storage room has a washing machine and cleaning supplies, which was excellent. The machine is shared with the other residents.
