We didn't realize this studio was so central until we arrived. It's right on the edge of Split's old town, with a supermarket and all kinds of eateries and bars downstairs. The host was friendly and very accommodating, so I'd happily recommend it. There are lots of stairs to climb, which could make it hard for some people to get around, but it didn't affect our stay. It did help work off all the kebabs and beers we had!

Zoran was really attentive and shared lots of helpful tips. The apartment has a fantastic view over the marina and is spacious, clean, and nicely designed, in a cozy old building. It's right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by restaurants and bars. There's no lift, but that wasn't an issue for us.

We had to carry our luggage up four floors, so pack with that in mind. The views from the top are amazing, and Zoran was welcoming and pointed us to a few restaurants we enjoyed. The location is excellent for walking to the bus station, Marjan Hill, the ferry, and the beach. The main bedroom is tiny, with no space for luggage, so we left ours in the living area. There weren't any toiletries, but we bring our own anyway. I'd stay again, just with less luggage.

Ivona was kind and helpful, and the apartment was tidy and well kept. The view from the top flat is beautiful. Just be aware of the steep stairs up to it, especially if your knees aren't great.

I've stayed here over the years, and the location and service have always been the best.
