The location was excellent, near the city center and Old Town. Our room was clean and welcoming, with the kitchen utensils we needed and a microwave oven. There’s a spacious parking area in the yard where you can leave your car. The host was extremely responsive and helped us with everything we needed during our Split stay. We highly recommend this accommodation!

The location is top notch, right by the best spots in Split's city center, and we had a great view from the terrace. Our host was always reachable by phone, both before our stay and while we were there. He answered every question, arranged transportation, and knows the city and its surroundings extremely well. He's friendly and accommodating, and made a big difference compared with an average host. We had a very young baby, and he treated our family like relatives. He has the amenities and people skills to make a stay better. He deserves more guests, and you deserve to be hosted by him. Don't hesitate to book your time with him. Enjoy Split!

The parking was essential, and breakfast was plentiful with something different each day. Damir, the administrator, was genuinely kind and attentive to all the little details that made us comfortable. My partner and I had a very pleasant, comfortable stay, and everything was perfect. We can only recommend this excellent B&B. Thank you, Damir! Be happy 😉

Our flight was delayed, and we reached the B&B around midnight, tired and hungry. I'd messaged Damir about the delay on booking.com, and he had prepared a salad and small fish with bread so we wouldn't go hungry. He didn't ask us to pay for the food, and we appreciated it a lot. Damir works hard and is kind and helpful. He keeps the place clean and shiny, and greeted us with a special herbal tea blend he makes himself. I'd love to stay here again and hope he goes from strength to strength.
