The apartment is a studio with an electric kettle, and everything is within walking distance from this amazing spot inside the palace. There are three apartments, with a nice handmade store on the ground floor. We came over from Dubrovnik by ferry and got in around 8:00 pm. Ivo met us with the key and talked us through the internet and TV. He was really nice. We saw him again early the next morning to return the key.

We had a lovely stay at Rooms Base in September 2025. The owner was very helpful and nice, and there are plenty of restaurants and sights close by. The location is perfect. Definitely recommend!

We spent a few days here and really enjoyed staying in the heart of the former Diocletian palace. I love Split, and I liked this accommodation too. The owner was very kind and helpful.

The host was so kind and the location so lovely that, after arriving yesterday, we decided to add another night. The room is clean and comfortable, right in the center. Highly recommended.
