D&D Suites in Split Centre

The facilities were all nice and comfortable. It’s central, yet quiet.

We booked at the last minute and they sorted everything out without a problem. The room was comfortable, and the bouganvillea outside the window looked beautiful. Everything we needed was there, from towels and a hair dryer to the shower and bed, though you’ll need to bring your own shampoo. Sometimes the room key didn’t work with the doorbell number, so keep it with you. We had no other issues. I’d happily come back, and would recommend it to Japanese travelers or anyone who cares about cleanliness and safety.

The host was easy to communicate with and the service was fantastic. This is a lovely studio close to Split’s old town, and you can walk to the bus station. Take bus 37 from the airport if you can, the shuttle is a nightmare. There’s a good bathroom, a little kitchenette, a big wardrobe and a small fridge. The bed was softer than I’d like, and traffic is barely audible once the windows are shut.

The entrance to the building could use better lighting. Apart from that, the location was excellent and the spacious room had everything I needed. Mario met me and walked me to the apartment when I stayed in May 2022, and he was very attentive. Thanks, Mario, for such good service.
