Marín made us feel very welcome and was friendly, helpful, and available for all our questions. The apartment itself is exceptional, with secure access and everything we needed: a large bedroom with roomy closets, TV and air conditioning, plus an air-conditioned living room that can sleep two young children or one adult. There’s also a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a walk-in shower, toilet, and a washing machine. The beach and amenities are both about 450 meters away. The beach isn’t the prettiest, but it does the job, and Split is under a kilometer on foot. Highly recommend it.
