The owner was friendly, but should have told me the actual location before I booked. We chose this place for its location and reviews, then were moved to a spot a 5-minute walk uphill from the original. The room wasn’t ready on time, and there was too much stuff crammed into the small space. The owner was fixing the other refrigerator in the room, and water from its drain left a smell that lingered throughout my stay. The pillows were huge, about twice normal size.

The room was clean, easy to find, and in a great location. We arrived in Split too late to check into our original hotel because our flight was delayed. This kind owner answered his phone at 11:45pm and let us book a room at short notice, then gave us clear directions over the phone. He was kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The mattress was really comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious. The apartment itself was roomy and very clean, with everything we needed. Mirko, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful. He even found us another place for two extra days we hadn’t planned. The only drawback was the pillows, which felt a bit too high and uncomfortable for me.
