Duplex Apartment Vita Split, near Žnjan Beach

The person who handed over the keys was incredibly kind and available whenever we called, even in the middle of the night. He also helped us a lot early in the morning. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, with towels, a TV, fridge, and small kitchen. Everything felt almost new and was very high quality. For what we got, the price seemed low and very reasonable. It’s a two-minute walk to a nice beach, and a calm walk of about an hour to the city centre. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

We asked for twin beds and got them. The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked really well, and parking was included. A very nice lady looked after us. Really pleasant stay near the beach, happy to recommend.

Katharina was there to welcome us at the apartment. It looks out to sea, and the beach is just a three-minute walk away. The apartment was spotless, well cared for, and had all the amenities we needed. A supermarket and bus stop are about five minutes away, while Split old town takes around ten minutes by car. We found it comfortable and good value for the money, and I’d highly recommend it for a stay in Split. :)

The staff were great, meeting us at the room for check-in and helping when we needed things like fresh beach towels. This place doesn’t work like a regular hotel, there’s no reception or restaurant of its own, just good rooms at a good price. Hotel Fanat’s restaurant and bar is 50 metres away, and there’s a small market 150 metres away. The rooms are modern and right behind hotel Fanat, about a minute from the beach. They’re spacious, with comfortable beds, hardwood floors, marble bathrooms, air conditioning, balconies, and small cooktops. Non-smoking rooms, free parking and Wi-Fi, too. The construction mentioned in other reviews is finished.
