Emily Rooms

I was happy with my stay overall. I booked at the last minute after having to leave my previous accommodation, and check-in was flexible: I just took the key from the lockbox and let myself in. The room was clean and had what I needed. There’s also a kitchen, a washing machine, and a place outside to line-dry clothes, which is handy since there are very few laundromats near Split’s old town. A few things need fixing. The front blinds are broken and don’t close all the way. Since it’s a first-floor apartment right on the street, that left little privacy in the kitchen. This should be fixed ASAP. Getting into the room means going through three doors with three different keys, and none of the keys are labelled. It was a pain to figure out which one went where while juggling luggage at check-in. If the keys can’t be labelled, the information text should say which key opens each door. The TV and TV box were unplugged when I arrived. It would be nicer if they were plugged in before guests arrive. I’d appreciate having these things addressed.

I lost my key and didn’t know I wasn’t booked at this place. Once they had my money, they acted like they didn’t know me.

We ran into a bit of a parking mess, and this family went above and beyond to help us. Without them, the problem could have ruined our whole stay. So grateful for them 🙏🏽

The property was nice and very central, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
