The room was clean and had a view of the port. It’s directly above Diocletian's Cellars, inside the walls of old Split. The cellars were sometimes nearly empty, with five people, and sometimes had 100. Don’t miss the little museum off to the side. You come up into a Roman courtyard with period costumes, and walking tours start there. Breakfast @ Café Lvxo in the centre of the courtyard is a must. There’s no cable TV, but who cares, go explore. BTW B~n~B don’t have service. I’m planning to stay here on my next trip, after a six-night stay in Oct 2025.
