Having private parking was a real bonus, since we could leave the hire car there without worrying. The room is by a main road, with great bus connections into Split city centre, about a 10-minute ride. Our hostess was really friendly despite the language barrier, and she regularly made the beds, cleaned the rooms and changed the towels.

I wouldn't stay here again or recommend the guest house. For what I paid, it wasn't worth it. There was no kettle, so I had to go out for coffee every morning, and they didn't provide soap or shampoo. The host also needs to be able to speak and understand English.

Mrs Rosa and her Grandson welcomed us so warmly. The room and guesthouse were lovely and comfortable, and I'd happily recommend the place. I wish them both the best, and if I'm back in the area, I'll stay here again.

I stayed here in 2014 and loved both the place and Split.

The room was comfortable and very clean, and getting downtown by bus was quick. Parking was convenient too. The owner was incredibly kind. Our only real issue was the window, which faced a hallway, so we had to leave the air conditioning on constantly to keep the room from getting too hot. It was also cramped, with just two chairs and a little table that didn't seem useful in such a small space.
