Maria always made breakfast feel welcoming. The team were professional and hospitable throughout, and both the buffet and à la carte choices were high quality. I stayed for two weeks in this renovated historic building, which pairs traditional comfort with contemporary design. It’s an easy walk to the old palace, restaurants, and shops, and the stay thoroughly met my expectations. I also appreciate ALL Accor recognizing and rewarding my continued loyalty.

The old town is only about a 5 minute stroll away, but the hotel sits outside the hustle and bustle. It’s been recently refurbished, and the elegance and beautiful decor run throughout. My room was stylish and spotless, and breakfast was lovely. They even greeted me with a birthday cake, such a thoughtful touch. I’d 100% return if I’m in the area.

We spent three nights here and had a wonderful time. Dinner was spectacular, with superb quality and really lovely presentation. Breakfast was excellent too, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming.

Since the 6th of august, we’ve stayed in so many hotels, and this one is easily the best. The rooms are spotless and the food is amazing. Service in the dining room was just as good. Maria, one of the servers, is totally awesome, funny, and so willing to help us enjoy our stay. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The room was stylish and comfortable, and the hotel has a peaceful, luxurious feel just a short walk from the Old Town. The staff were friendly and gave us helpful tips for day trips and local sights. But our stay was spoiled by the evening receptionist, Mirna. When we complained about the air-conditioning making a loud, constant noise that kept me awake, she was dismissive and hard to approach. She didn’t apologise or arrange for anyone to check it. Instead, she said that was how the air-conditioning worked there and we should turn it off if it was too noisy. That response was disappointing.
