Ibella Boutique Rooms

Great attention to comfort and design, plus a lovely little pool that feels almost private. It’s centrally located but still quiet. The Wi-Fi was unstable, which meant less time on screens, so it wasn’t a big deal. Highly recommend.

Tucked on a quiet street in the Old Town, ibella boutique house is still only a 5-10 minute walk from the restaurants and shops in the centre. Taxis can’t get all the way there, so expect to walk about 5 minutes from where they drop you off. Our room was clean, with high-end finishes, a gorgeous bathroom, and a bed and pillows that were extremely comfortable. So glad we booked, and I’d love to return!

For the price, this was fantastic. The rooms were spotless, check-in went smoothly, and there was a lovely pool and spot to relax. The old town is only a short walk away. Highly recommend.

We spent our entire stay on the phone trying to get basic problems sorted, with no real customer service. On arrival, the key pickup codes for both rooms failed, so we waited an hour with our luggage before reaching someone. One room also wouldn’t lock. We were told someone would come, but nobody showed up, even after we sent a video explaining the issue. The cleaner saw it the next day, and only two days after we left did we get a video showing the door had been repaired. It felt like a poorly run rental focused only on profit, with no regard for guests. An unsafe, terrible experience.
