For the low price, the rooms felt luxurious, neat, and just right. The owner was kind and helpful, explaining how things worked and what to do nearby. It’s a short walk from the old town, with a Tommy supermarket about 200 m away. Our bathroom was spotless, and we had a cute little balcony with electric sun shades. Coffee pods and water bottles were complimentary. I’d definitely stay again if I visit Split.

The room was excellent value, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The owners were lovely, and despite booking at the last minute, we felt welcome and checked in quickly. We stayed one night during our week in Croatia. A couple of things weren’t ideal: the hot water seemed to run out during a shower, and parking was a hassle. You have to pay to park right outside if you can find a space, or park farther away and walk. Split’s main street is a short walk away. When our key card stopped working, the owners fixed it right away after a quick message. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay, thanks!

Ingrid ghosted us on arrival day after we rented the penthouse through Airbnb. With two kids, we spent two hours in 100-degree heat trying to reach her. She didn’t answer calls from the neighbors or Airbnb, and she lives in Germany. We were lucky to find another hotel. We never saw inside, but from outside the building looked worn down compared with the photos.

Breakfast isn’t served at the property, but it was really good and only a two-minute walk away. The room was very nice, and the place sits perfectly between the beach and old town. Martina handled our check-in and was lovely and wonderfully helpful. Absolutely recommend staying here!

It’s not really a hotel, more like three well-equipped rooms. They’re modern and cosy, with a small kitchen corner and a fridge. There’s a balcony, and you can get a free parking spot if you ask in advance. The host gave us a nice welcome.
