I had booked a non-refundable room, then needed to cancel for personal reasons. They still reimbursed me, which was incredibly kind and not something you see often these days. I really appreciate it and hope to come back another time.

This felt like a total scam. The room was the smallest ever, and I felt so unsafe and claustrophobic that I refused to stay. They wouldn’t refund me, and on top of that, they’d used a strong, toxic cleaning product. Best to avoid considering it.

It’s on a lovely square and easy to find, with flexible check-in and a very responsive host. Great spot, quiet but still close to everything.

For €50, I thought it was great. The room was a good size, right in the middle of everything and near some good restaurants. The host communicated well and had useful recommendations. Noise is why I’m taking off a star. The walls are poorly insulated, so you hear plugs being pulled next door and people walking along the corridors. I’d rip open the wall in winter and add insulation!

Ana was prompt with messages and made sure we had everything we needed. When we needed to add another night at the last minute, she was attentive and kindly worked it out for us. The studio at Jupiter Lux was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Ana is an incredible, kind, and flexible host. Five stars all the way!
