The staff were welcoming and professional, from the reception and bar team to the Guest Relation Manager, Mrs. Magdalena Medic. Special thanks to Matea and Frida at reception for their friendly service. The hotel is right on the beach, and our spacious room had an amazing sea view. We’ll definitely return.

The hotel and the city beach area around Žnjan have both seen recent improvements, and they’ve made staying here even better. I think it’s clear the property is well managed: management is personally present, and the whole team shows sincere care. That fits with the awards the hotel has received for quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction. We’ve stayed here several times over the years, and the quality and hospitality have remained consistent. The team is enthusiastic, charming, attentive and helpful without making it feel forced. It’s a place you can count on. We’ll definitely come back.

We had a stunning view from our room, and the spa was really nice. I was here with a large group, and they put on buffet meals that met our very specific needs. The food was excellent, especially the desserts, and there was an amazing selection at every lunch and dinner. The accommodations were excellent too, and the staff were friendly and professional. A really good experience.

I’ve stayed at the Radisson several times and like the hotel. The reception area feels cozy, the size is just right, the spa is nice, breakfast is excellent, and the beach and newly opened Žnjan promenade are only a short walk away. The upgraded rooms are very nice as well. Some things need attention, though. The older rooms that haven’t been upgraded should be renovated, and I don’t think they belong in a 5-star hotel as they are. The exterior walls could use fresh paint, the landscaping could be better cared for, and the spa facilities need a bit more maintenance. There’s also an abandoned building right beside the property overlooking the outdoor pool, which spoils the view. The hotel should take whatever steps it can, whether renovation, maintenance or another solution. Nothing else major comes to mind. The hotel is very nice, but another round of investment and more care with these details would bring the experience in line with 5-star expectations.
