Just a two-minute walk from Riva, so the location is great. Each room has its own bathroom and TV, and there’s a decent kitchen plus a big terrace.

The room was spotless, and someone came every day to clean and replace the towels and other items. There’s a mini-fridge in the room, plus a coffee maker and kettle in the shared area, and a market right downstairs. The location is excellent, right in the center. The person who checked us in was incredibly friendly and recommended places around the city, including beaches and restaurants.

We slept really well here, thanks to the quiet area and a genuinely comfortable bed. The rooms are right in central Split, and the owner is kind and helpful. Ours had a private bathroom, air conditioning, and everything we needed. If you need something extra, just ask. You can also use the shared kitchen and terrace. I’d highly recommend it. Thanks for everything!

The pedestrian area is only 2-3 minutes away. The room was clean and decent, and the bathroom seemed quite new. The manager was friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive.
