The host was really helpful and even let us park our motorcycle inside. Everything was clean and tidy, including the living area. The location is excellent, very close to the city center. I’d recommend it for a stay in Split.

The room was dirty, with hair from previous guests on the floor, a dirty toilet and shower glass, stained towels, and cobwebs near the air conditioner splitter. We also had ants from the first day, and the owner couldn’t help or move us to another room. We had to buy insect poison and breathe it in throughout the stay. There was no closet for clothes from our suitcases, and the entrance garden was completely neglected and dirty. The only good thing was how close it is to Split’s historic center. Our experience was awful, and I don’t recommend it.

After I scratched the garage door badly while parking, I messaged Booking.com to apologize. The owner checked the damage the next morning and told me it was okay. He was very kind, and even drove me to the Split rental car center and showed me the way.

The location is fantastic, and there’s parking nearby. The kitchen is very well equipped, too. We had a health issue, and the excellent owners let us stay all day, even after checkout.
