Nives was incredibly kind, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The shared bathrooms were spotless and generous in size. For the price, the location in the heart of Split is hard to beat. Everything was perfect, and I can't recommend the place enough. If you're looking for somewhere to stay, book it right away!

This lovely old apartment feels like a step back in time, and the central location was great. The host made us feel at home and welcomed us with tea and biscuits. The shared bathrooms were super clean, with no issues at all. The only heads-up is that sound carries between rooms, so it may not suit you if you expect to come back late often or be noisy. We had no problems with noise ourselves. Can't wait to stay again!

The lady who lives in the apartment gave us a very nice welcome, and the shared bathroom was fresh and clean. The location and value for money were great too. Our room was big, but felt quite old, the beds weren't the best, and there was no air conditioning. The lady helped us with two fans, which was kind, though they were noisy. Everything else was very good, and I can still recommend it because the price was good.

A few things to know: payment is in cash because there’s no credit card terminal. I don’t think there’s access to a kitchen. You’re staying in the inhabitants’ place, so you may come across their personal belongings in drawers and closets.
