Sand Beach Apartments

We only stayed three nights, and the balcony wasn't a priority for us, so our apartment at the back/side worked fine. It had no balcony, though there is another apartment with one and a beach view. This is a small residential complex right across the street from popular sandy Bačvice beach. We were worried about noise from the busy bars and nightclubs, but with the windows shut we couldn't hear it. The air conditioning worked well in both the living/dining room and bedroom, so keeping them closed was easy. The place is easy to reach by car or taxi, has a private parking spot, and is less than a 20-minute walk along the harbor to Split's historic center. I'd never stayed in an apartment so fully equipped. It was clean, well furnished, and had just about everything, so all we needed to bring was clothes. There were towels, bath towels, shower gel, cotton swabs, hand soap, and even some sanitary pads. For the beach, they had towels, parasols, and toys for our children. The kitchen is small but very complete, with a blender and cling film, plus salt, pepper, oil, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, tea, and coffee. In the hall there was a high chair, crib, mattress, and umbrellas. The sofa bed was made up for the children, but we slept on it too and found it as comfortable as a regular bed. There were two large smart TVs, English-language books, a city map, information leaflets and booklets, and even pen, paper, needle, and thread. From the first information request, things went smoothly. They replied quickly on Google chat, and we arranged the rest by email and WhatsApp. The friendly hostess showed us around when we arrived and asked if we needed an iron, which we did for our wedding clothes. The beds were beautifully made, with neatly folded towels and chocolates on top. There were candies and Kinder Chocolate for the children, and the fridge had a bottle of good wine, mineral water, juice, and beer. We also found the kitchen stocked with the basics, so even frying an egg didn't mean buying full bottles and jars. Puno hvala na ovom pozitivnom iskustvu.
