I'm a frustrated neighbour who lives very close to this listing on Držićeva/Istarska Street. Guests are often loud, screaming, drunk, smoking, and playing music so loudly that we can't live normally in the day or sleep at night. We've called the police and asked them to stop many times, and we'll keep calling whenever it happens. The guests are often impolite and disrespectful. The owners don't seem to supervise or control what guests do, and it seems they don't care as long as the money keeps coming in. Avoid this listing. Do not book.

Marina was friendly and very helpful, and our apartment, number 003, felt like a secure little oasis. It had a double bedroom, small living room, kitchen diner, and a nice bathroom, with modern, clean rooms and enough space. The street has lots of graffiti and smelly bins, but the walled center is under five minutes away on foot. We felt safe walking in Split at night. There are plenty of restaurants and tours nearby, and we'd recommend staying here.

Marina, who manages the apartments, was lovely and helpful, and nothing felt like too much trouble. We came in late on the evening train from Zagreb and received clear instructions for getting in. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with a nice terrace. It's on a quiet street, about five minutes' walk from Split's ancient center and ten minutes from the rail and bus station and ferry port. A well stocked supermarket is at the end of the street, and a nice beach is a 20-minute walk away. A great base for exploring Split.

Marina was so kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and smelled amazing. It was a perfect stay for me and my two children, with a well equipped kitchen, hot water, and proper AC. The washing machine really saved my life, iykyk. The old town center is nearby, and there's a bakery and supermarket pretty close too.

Marina ran everything so well and kept the place extremely clean. She was always around, approachable, and helpful, and even gave us some lovely homemade food. We had great Wi-Fi, lots of towels, and a kitchen with plenty of utensils. The shower pressure wasn't strong enough, which made washing long hair take ages. If you're working remotely, it can also get a bit noisy on the kindergarten side once the kids come out to play in the park. Those were minor things for us, and we really enjoyed our stay. Marina, you're the best!
