The owner or manager was easy to reach on WhatsApp when we arrived, and the number was posted at the entrance. He gave us great local food tips, including the restaurant where we had our best dinner in split. The location was perfect for seeing the city and nearby areas on foot. Our room was spacious, with a large bathroom, a great shower, and lots of storage for a longer stay. We were sorry we couldn't stay here for the whole trip. We took so many Ubers to and from our old hotel lactation north of the city. This place was perfect! 💕

The location made getting around Split easy, and we hardly needed public transport. We stayed in June with my parents and brother; our room was spacious, modern, and very clean. Whenever we needed help, we got a quick response. There weren’t any lights in the building hallway, but it didn’t cause us much trouble.

We had a clean, nicely sized room and found the service really efficient. The park gives you a pleasant short walk to the shops, and the airport is only a short drive away. Everyone we met locally was so friendly, and communication was great. I’d have appreciated a full-length mirror near a power outlet for getting ready. We’ll come back to fit in the things we missed during our week.

The location was amazing, but the mold smell from both the main bedroom carpet and the shower was so strong that sleeping there worried me for my health. The room looked nice and seemed well built, which made the condition even stranger. The mattress had an awful brown stain under a very thin sheet, with hairs scattered over it, and there were stained linens in the closet too. We arrived very late and had no choice but to sleep on that mattress the first night. Although we’d paid for two nights, we left the next day because staying was too terrible. I hope this was limited to our apartment. Mold is a serious health concern.
