The place feels modern and stylish but still cozy, right in Split old town. It’s about a five-minute walk to the city center, bus station, and ferry. Wow. Since summer 2022, they’ve also had a larger second studio apartment at the same location. Split was amazing even during my recent early autumn visit.

We stayed for two nights during a heatwave, so the air conditioning was much appreciated. The apartment is quiet and sits on a pretty, peaceful side street, about five minutes from the old town and two minutes from a small grocery store. The bed is firm, and the kitchenette is well equipped. It’s cash only, but they provide a receipt.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially Vedran, who was so nice and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again if we get the chance to return to Split.
