Getting in was the hard part. The address didn't link to the apartment, and it was difficult to reach the owner. Eventually, a representative met us outside a restaurant and showed us over. We had to enter through a building site and climb stairs past pigeons and construction materials. Inside, the apartment was modern, clean and nice, and the location in the old town was great. But the arrival and getting settled were poor, and the window looked out onto a construction prop and scaffolding sheet.

We couldn't find the place, and the owners kept saying they'd meet us but never showed up. Four hours later, a tourist finally showed us where it was, and the locals were disgusted. The service was shocking. Never again.
