The Heart of Split - PRIVATE GARAGE

The only positive thing was the location. Before we arrived, my wife sent a message confirming our arrival time and asking for directions to the PRIVATE GARAGE. We only received the code to open the door. The private garage was nowhere to be found, and instead we were told there was public parking. The apartment had a bathtub with no shower curtain or plug, and the TV didn’t work. I emailed asking for an explanation but got no reply. We asked for information about several things and heard nothing back. After finding out we weren’t the only ones who couldn’t find the “private parking”, I wrote to Booking to get an explanation. What a shame.
