We had a lovely stay and plan to return. The rooms have charm and are nicely converted from a residential apartment on the third floor. It's not luxurious, but the work is well done. Our bed was comfortable, the bedding soft, and the modern bathroom had a good sink and shower. Toni checked us in, and he was polite and professional. He went out of his way more than once to make things comfortable. Since this isn't a hotel with staff on hand, do reply to the email asking when you expect to arrive. We contacted Toni at 8:30 am, and he was there in under 20 minutes. He also let us store our bags securely. There was a kettle and a good selection of tea and coffee. Our breakfast voucher was for Lvxor Café & Restaurant, on the square by the Saint Domnius Bell Tower and the entrance to the Vestibul, a very historic spot in town. We could choose eggs with pancetta, a small salad with a lovely sweet vinaigrette, toasted bread with cheese and a bologna-type cold cut; salmon with capers and a small salad; or a third option that neither my wife nor I tried. Coffee or tea and an orange squash drink came with breakfast. Everything we tried was tasty, and the location was great. The apartment is 35 meters from two supermarkets and under a five-minute walk from the old city gates.

Toni was a friendly, helpful host who was ready for all kinds of questions and suggested plenty of places to visit nearby. The room was large, clean, and nicely located. Breakfast was amazing, especially the salmon and avocado toast, which was probably our favorite part of the stay. The portions were generous and really tasty. I'd definitely come back to Split.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the building was okay. Its location was the best part, close to the ferry, buses, tours, market, restaurants, and old town. The excellent host provided everything we needed. The price included breakfast vouchers for Luxor, a very nice restaurant in the old town.

If we come back to Split, we’ll definitely stay here again. Gorana and Michele were wonderful hosts, making sure we settled in and even bringing breakfast on our last day because we had an early ferry. Our room was splendid, with plenty of space, daily cleaning, a nice bathroom, good air conditioning, and decent wifi. Breakfast is served at outside restaurants, and we went to Zinfandel two days in a row. Amazinggg. The location was perfect. There are three flights of stairs, but they offered to help with our suitcases every time. One of my best bed and breakfast stays ever.

Getting to the room means climbing three flights of stairs, something to remember after a long day of walking. The room was clean, the bathroom large, and the staff great and efficient. I'd stay here again.
