The views are incredible, with the sea, mountains, and plenty of greenery all around. The house is in a very quiet little village away from tourist crowds, with two restaurants just a 2-3-minute walk away. Beautiful beaches and tourist towns are a 10-15-minute drive. The house itself isn't especially high-standard. The ground floor is quite basic, while the upper floors are better. Still, the peaceful surroundings and scenery make up for that. It's a great choice if you appreciate nature and those kinds of views.
