Laura made us feel especially welcome, and her English was excellent. The staff were great, too. We liked having breakfast on the shared outdoor patio, though we were lucky to get warm, sunny weather. The room had a fridge and excellent air conditioning, and the bathroom was well planned with a good shower. Everything felt clean and modern. There was free charging for cars at a 7kw point in front of the apartments during our stay. One downside is the main road out front: local boy racers seemed to compete over who could get between the lights fastest and loudest.

That bed was like sleeping on a cloud, so comfortable! Our room at Lavendula was spacious and had everything we needed. There's no kettle or coffeemaker in the room, but a small kitchen downstairs lets you make tea or coffee. Everything is within walking distance, and guests have a parking spot. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

We liked our summer stay, with the sea close by and Zadar's old town about a 15-20 minute walk away. I would recommend the accommodation, but our laundry experience was a real disappointment. We handed black and white clothes to the receptionist for a laundry service, assuming they'd be washed separately at the professional dry cleaners. When we got them back, the whites had turned grey.

We only stayed one night and needed somewhere near the city centre with free parking, and this place had both. The room was huge, with a comfortable, large bed, and the staff were super friendly. They also let us leave the car there after checkout, which helped a lot. Brilliant stay, I'd highly recommend it.
