Pied-à-terre

Roko met us outside the building right on time, handed over the keys, and showed us around. He was very friendly. We'd happily stay here again. The terrace was a highlight, with comfortable lounge seating under cover. The apartment is on the fifth floor, with fantastic sea views, and the building has an elevator. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and everything was spotless. There’s plenty of storage in the hallway and bedrooms, plus useful USB ports and bright, well-planned lighting. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large dining table, and a comfortable sofa. A separate utility room has a washing machine and electric dryer. The kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as plenty of dishes, cutlery, glasses, and cooking utensils. Cafes, restaurants, and a small grocery store are close by. The apartment is right on the waterfront promenade in Zadar's old town, with breathtaking views of the sea.
