The only thing that bothered us was the rather noisy AC. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The apartments are clean and roomy, with kitchens, and the place has a little pool, a sunny terrace, and a gym. It's in a quieter area but still within walking distance of town, with the sea about 10 minutes away on foot. Ivana at reception was attentive and very helpful. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Loved the pool and the location, and the rooms were great too. It's a really nice property, with Ivana as a super friendly host. Five stars.

We had a lovely view of the beach, and the rooms were clean. We did have a bit of trouble with ants, though. The owner was so friendly and helpful that even after we'd left, they tracked down an item we'd lost and sent it back to us.

The second-floor views make the climb worthwhile. Our unit was spacious and clean, with good air conditioning. The doors and windows have versatile pull-down shutters, useful for blocking the strong sun and adding privacy. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Enjoy Zadar!

We stayed here a week ago and were really happy with the clean, pleasant accommodation, the lovely pool, and the very welcoming hosts. Would recommend!
