We booked two nights, July 26 and 27, 2019, but walked out as soon as we arrived. The woman at reception was rude and started yelling at us. We'd set a parcel of chocolates on the sofa while checking in, and she immediately picked it up, tossed it onto the kitchen table, and said it had to go in the kitchen. She then insisted we pay the full two days in cash, in Euros, even though that wasn't what we'd agreed. Paying after the stay is the usual procedure, though we would have paid at check-in if she'd spoken to us politely. We found a much better place 50 m farther down the same street. Think carefully before booking, given how rude the landlady was.

Just a heads up, the landlady can be very rude.

We had everything we needed: parking, a cozy apartment close to the centre, and a kind hostess. It was all perfect for us. Highly recommend.

I stayed alone for one night and paid 255 HRK. The place was spacious and clean, and I particularly liked having privacy. It's in a separate house where nobody else lives, so you can make evening noise without disturbing anyone, and nobody disturbs you. The internet worked well. The landlady was accommodating when I arrived more than two hours late, after letting her know in advance. My one complaint is that payment has to be made in cash, on site.

The hostess deserves all the praise. She's warm, kind and professional, and the apartment is consistently tidy and perfectly clean.
