The square is a calm spot in the city where you can pause and reflect. It takes its name from the Mažuranić brothers, Antun, Ivan, and Vladimir Mažuranić, important figures in Croatian literature and politics. The square is part of Lenuci’s Horseshoe.

When I visited this park southwest of the old town, it felt peaceful and like it could be a nice place for a picnic. I'd suggest taking a walk through Zagreb's parks.

A small, pleasant green oasis right in the city center, Mažuranić Park is worth a visit. The historical buildings around it give the park a special charm, and it is well lit at night, so it feels safe. It's close to the Croatian National Theatre and the whole Lenuci horseshoe, making it a good place to pause while exploring the city. The benches are nice for sitting, and it's well maintained and tidy, whether you're stopping for a short break or a walk.
