Apartments C-enter

We spent a couple of days here and had no problems at all. The apartments are beautiful and clean, and the location could hardly be better, right in the city centre with everything within walking distance. I'm really happy with our stay and would recommend it to everyone.

We had to leave for another place because the bed linen was dirty and damp. It was disgusting, and completely unacceptable. There were towels for only one person even though the booking was for two, and the bathroom light didn't work. Getting in was awful too. We waited more than two hours for the key code, and nobody contacted me to send it. The whole apartment experience was awful. The property refused to refund the booking, so I'm going to file a complaint about them offering a place that doesn't meet even the most basic cleanliness standard, like having clean bed linen. That's the least they could do. They shouldn't rent a place out in such appalling condition.

For a night or two, the apartment is otherwise okay, but it's in a basement and smells musty. It's so damp that the towels never dry and the bedding feels clammy. At first glance it looks clean, though I found used linen in the closet and used earplugs in a drawer.

It had everything we needed, was ideal for two, and sat in a great location. We also really appreciated the privacy and how easy everything felt. I'll be back :)
