Hotel Park 45

The breakfast had plenty to choose from, including traditional, continental and Croatian options, and it set me up well for the day. Reception staff were all friendly, cheerful and helpful, with recommendations for enjoying Zagreb. The location also makes it easy to get around, with a tram stop outside and good access to the rest of the city. My room was large and the bathroom was clean, with nice complimentary toiletries. The shower had both a regular and rain setting. The air conditioning worked, though it wasn't very good, and the bed wasn't to my taste, although most people would probably find it extremely comfortable. I had a great stay and highly recommend the hotel.

The meeting room was quiet and well organised, and worked perfectly for focused work. Parking was convenient, and the central location made getting around town easy. My room was clean and more spacious than I expected, so it was easy to unwind after a long day. The two receptionists were friendly, efficient and genuinely keen to help, which made check-in and requests simple. Breakfast had a decent selection. Everything worked as it should, and I had a good stay at Park 45. I'd happily return.

I didn't feel welcome or comfortable during my stay because of how the receptionist treated us. She was rude, disrespectful and even threatening in our communication, instead of being professional and polite. Reception staff should be able to speak calmly and respectfully with guests, but this person seemed to lack basic customer service skills. I hope management takes complaints seriously and improves staff professionalism. P.S. The family-run hotel had such a warm, welcoming feel, and the staff were lovely. I loved staying here. As a bonus, you can walk to the city centre.
