Inside, the apartment was cozy and really comfortable, even though the building itself could be better. The location worked well for our Zagreb trip, with the city center, a tram stop, and a couple of nice cafes nearby.

I care about being treated kindly, not about the price, and I found somewhere else to stay. The owner, Mr. ĆULAVA SLAVKO, came across as arrogant and insulting, and I felt he rented the apartment to someone who paid more while he was desperate to fill it. I contacted him about the studio at 1 pm, and that was also when we agreed on the rental. He said he would send the payment details later, but they didn't come until after 5 pm. At 7 pm he canceled the reservation. He had booked the same apartment twice and never asked whether I had paid or whether I might be having trouble with the bank cancellation. To me, that showed no integrity. He seems to give the apartment to whoever offers more, and I believe people should avoid him and his apartments.

The city center is close, and public transport connections are excellent. Inside, everything was super tidy and had all the utensils needed for cooking. The hostess was kind and ready to help with anything. Simply the best, and I recommend it to future guests.
